I create decorative and functional ceramics, handbuilding my work often using raku clay.  enjoy incorporating natural materials, particularly driftwood, into my designs. My work is inspired by both rural and seaside landscapes and often echoes the natural world and changing seasons. I enjoy exploring texture and colour within all my pieces. Whilst I live in Leeds, I spend as much time as I can in Norfolk where I have been visiting for more than 30 years. Some of my work is influenced by my love of the Yorkshire Dales and Moors and some by my love of Norfolk.
