Bob Bernard

Bob Bernard is a Northern English painter originally from Manchester who moved to study fine art in in 1984 and has remained a South Yorkshire resident to this day. Recent work is focused on both figurative and landscape subjects, the latter worked from the striking and rugged scenery found in the Peak District. Bob’s work is very much focused how he uses his oils and pastels, with expressive mark making, to capture this dramatic world. He has exhibited at several shows locally, nationally and internationally, including Bonsall art trail in 2022 and is a member of Peak District Artisans.
