Pat Shenstone

My work is mainly figurative / narrative. The stories I tell are of everyday simple events, the figures I paint are not portraits of any particular person, I take photos and I make drawings , I make collages from these and then I laminate these to work from, I allow the finished work to develop on the canvas. In addition I paint large blooms, sweet food & ripe fruit.
